Rethink your Paper Waste
There are a number of measures to take to encourage employees and employers to reduce their paper waste. For example:

When printing out from a computer make sure that you always print double-sided. Why not set printer settings this way as default?
Make sure that any photocopying is defaulted as double-sided
When purchasing new printers or photocopiers, try to make sure that they are able to print quickly and easily on both sides. Some even have specific paper saving options to print four pages on a single sheet
Encourage staff to use both sides of loose paper and paper in notebooks
Reuse envelopes wherever possible - especially when circulating internal mail/documents
Register with the Fax Preference Service to cut out unwanted faxes that use up your paper
Register with the Mailing Preference Service to reduce the amount of unwanted junk mail your school receives
